Pepakura

I tried Pepakura in the past already, the Predator Mask is made in that way. But I used a different resin to harden the paper and bind the fiberglass on it.

I now tried it with the same resin everybody else is using, lets see how this works out. Still need to find a good substitute for Bondo Bodyfiller the Americans are using.Lets start with something easy, a Masterchief Helmet.

First build out of paper:

Now some polyester resin to make it more durable and prepare it for the fiberglass:

Fiberglassing started:

And since it took some time till the resin was hard enough I started something different on the side:

It is easier then I thought:

 With my new Flex I made some blade edges on both wooden swords.
